By booking a place at The Park, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Booking & Payment Bookings to any events hosted by The Park are not confirmed until the booking form has been completed and full payment has been received and places will remain subject to the discretion of the organisers, taking into account the suitability of each person for the event, overall numbers and any other factors that may arise.
  2. Cancellations If you need to cancel any product, service or event, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds and transfers are subject to our cancellation policy and availability which will be updated from time to time. For more details please contact The Park.
  3. Health & Medical Information Parents/guardians must provide accurate information about their child's medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, additional needs and emergency contacts. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform us of any changes before attendance at any event begins.
  4. Attendance & Collection at Events Children must be dropped off and collected at the times and locations provided by The Park. Only authorised adults may collect children. Please contact us immediately if you are delayed.
  5. Activities & Safety Events hosted by The Park include outdoor activities, games and exploration. While we take reasonable steps to manage risks and keep children safe, participation involves normal risks associated with outdoor and physical activities. Children are expected to follow reasonable instructions from the team.
  6. Behaviour We expect all children to treat others, staff, the venue and equipment with respect. Serious or repeated unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in a child being asked to leave the programme.
  7. Weather & Programme Changes The Park operates primarily outdoors. Activities may be changed or cancelled because of weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.
  8. Personal Belongings & Technology Children should not bring valuable items or any web enabled technology unless expressly agreed in writing. The Park cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  9. Emergencies In an emergency, we may contact emergency services or seek appropriate medical assistance where necessary. Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information.
  10. Liability We take reasonable care to provide a safe and well-managed programme. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
